BIM Modeler / Engineer

IBS Projects is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler / Engineer to support multidisciplinary BIM delivery, model coordination and project documentation. The position is based at our company office in Veyangoda.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate BIM models for architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
- Support clash detection, coordination reviews and resolution of model issues.
- Prepare coordinated BIM deliverables, drawings and sheets to project requirements.
- Create and manage Revit content, including parametric families where required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with international clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of practical BIM modelling or coordination experience.
- Strong Autodesk Revit skills across Architectural, Structural and/or MEP workflows.
- Experience preparing coordinated models, sheets and project deliverables.
- Understanding of BIM coordination workflows and high-detail project delivery, including LOD 500 requirements where applicable.
- Diploma or higher qualification in BIM, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
